Rare Vintage Sample Biscuit Tin Bramble by MacFarlane Lang & Co. of London & Glasgow England 1938

This is a fantastic Biscuit Tin that originally contained MacFarlane Lang & Co. Biscuits, Circa 1938, this particular example was sent out as a Sample. The tin was named 'BRAMBLE' due to the image to the front of the two finches sat on a bramble branch. The base of the tin is has the original paper label with the image of what was contained within and the text as follows - "BRAMBLE" TIN Filled with Chocolate Assorted Biscuits --- Macfarlane, Lang & Co., Ltd., LONDON & GLASGOW, the paper label also has a added addition of a further smaller paper label that is printed with the word SAMPLE in red. The Tin measures 8" by 4.25" (depth of 3") and is in Very Good Used Conditon, with just a few minor scartches to the top (please refer to photos).
