Rare Vintage Biscuit Tin The Chariot Race by Carrs Carr & Co of Carlisle England Circa 1936

This is a fantastic Biscuit Tin that originally contained Carr & Co's Biscuits, Circa 1936. The top of the tin depicts the printed image of The Chariot Race after Prof. Alex Wagner by Courtesy of Franz Hamfstaengl of Munich. The base of the tin is stamped with the makers details as follows - CARR & CO'S CARLISLE BISCUITS (Please see all Photos). The Tin measures 9.25" by 4.75" (depth of 2.125") and is in Very Good Used Conditon, though there is a small area of rubbing to the front panel through use (opening of lid) and also a few minor scartches to the top (please refer to photos).
